He was the manager of Planning and Design Department in Taiwan from 2008 to 2013. Since he joined Organo in 1990, he was planning UPW (Ultra Pure Water) systems for the semiconductor industries. He had planned and managed UPW system of more than 15 12B factories in TAIWAN. At this time waste water recovery and energy saving are very important issues in TAIWAN.
