演講摘要

VOCs are among the most toxic chemicals which are detrimental to humans and environment. There is a significant need of fully satisfactory method for removal of VOCs. A wide range of VOCs can be treated in which it offers advantages over more traditional processes including lower operating and capital costs and a smaller carbon footprint. The aim of the presentation is to give a brief review about the techniques which are highly efficient and consumes low energy for the removal of VOCs. Typical VOCs of aldehyde, aromatic, halo-hydrocarbon are chosen as targeted pollutants in this presentation.
