• Mr. Chen is the President of AMPOWER MACHINE INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD
• He earned a Master Degree of Science in Civil Engineering (M.S.) from University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA, USA in 1985.
• Before AMPOWER establishment, he served as a Project Engineer and Project Manager in KBR (formerly Brown & Root Inc.), in Houston, Texas, USA and Taiwan respectively.
• He co-founded AMPOWER in 1994.
• Mr. Chen has More than 25 years in engineering and power solution industry, his experience includes structural & electrical engineering planning, project management, international affairs, marketing strategy and business management.
